Habits are slow, but they actually work (No cap)

Yo! Let's talk about habits. Everyone wants to "level up" overnight, but that's not how it works. It's like grinding in a game—you gotta do the same small thing every day to get the XP. 🎮
Most people fail because they try to change everything at once. They say "I'm gonna run 10km, eat only salad, and wake up at 4am." Bro... you're gonna quit by Tuesday. Stop it.
The "Easy Mode" Habit List
If you want to actually keep a habit, make it so easy you'd feel stupid for not doing it. Instead of "Read for 1 hour," just "Read 1 page." It sounds silly, but it works.
Turning Hard Mode into Easy Mode
| Hard Mode (Quitting) | Easy Mode (Winning) |
|---|---|
| Do 100 pushups | Do 1 pushup |
| Study 4 hours | Sit at desk for 5 mins |
| Clean whole house | Pick up ONE item |
Checking the box = Dopamine
This is why physical planners are goated. When you physically tick a box with a pen, your brain gets a tiny hit of dopamine. It feels good. It makes you want to do it again.
Don't break the chain
Get a tracker in your weekly layout. If you see five "X" marks in a row, you're not gonna want to miss the sixth day. That's the secret sauce.
Start today. Pick ONE tiny thing. Just one. Do it, check the box, and feel like a legend. See ya tomorrow! ✨
